Platform / Cleverthron – The entire ecosystem located at https://cleverthron.com, including the interface, dashboard, payment system, AI models, prompts, and documentation.
User / You – Any individual or entity accessing or using Cleverthron, whether browsing or registered.
Account – A user profile that stores your activity, Thron balance, generated Output, and access permissions.
Services – All AI-powered tools and platform functionalities such as content generation, image/voice creation, code assistance, and other utilities.
Throns – Digital credits used exclusively on Cleverthron to unlock paid Services. Throns are not currency or crypto and hold no monetary or redeemable value outside the Platform.
Generated Output / Output / Content – Anything produced by the AI via user prompts: text, code, images, voice, or other media.
Company / We / Us – [company name], the legal owner and operator of Cleverthron.
By using the Platform, the User confirms that: • They are at least 18 years old (or legal majority in their jurisdiction), and
• They are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Users must: • Provide accurate information during registration,
• Maintain up-to-date account information,
• Keep login credentials confidential.
Users are responsible for all actions made through their account. Cleverthron is not liable for unauthorized access caused by User negligence.
Users agree NOT to: • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, defamatory, explicit, or violates third-party rights,
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Platform,
• Try to bypass Thron payments or exploit system vulnerabilities,
• Use Cleverthron to train competing AI models or datasets.
Violation may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of unused Throns.
Cleverthron offers AI-powered tools to support productivity and automation. Service features may change and improve over time.
Throns are required to access paid features. Purchasing or using Throns confirms acceptance of the Thron Token Terms.
• All prices are displayed before purchase,
• Transactions may include applicable taxes or VAT,
• Payments are processed by secure third-party providers,
• Currency conversion or banking fees are the User’s responsibility.
• Thron purchases are final and non-refundable, except when required by law,
• If refund eligibility exists, the case may be reviewed within 15 business days,
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and Thron forfeiture.
Throns expire 12 months from purchase and cannot be reinstated.
Users retain ownership and usage rights of generated Output unless it violates laws or third-party rights.
All code, AI models, UI, algorithms, branding, and logic remain exclusive property of [company name].
Cleverthron does not guarantee Output is free from copyright or trademark limitations.
The Platform is provided on a commercially reasonable basis.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if: • Fraud, abuse, or exploitation is detected,
• Chargebacks are initiated without contacting us first,
• Legal violations or policy breaches occur.
Termination may result in loss of access to Output and unused Throns.
Certain data may be retained where legally required.
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through use of the Platform unless required by law.
The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantees are made regarding Output accuracy or uptime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [company name] shall not be liable for: • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities,
• Loss or corruption of data,
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid to the Platform within the past 12 months.
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that portion will be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, the original intent of the parties. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of one clause does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right, remedy, or provision under these Terms shall be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver is valid only if it is provided in writing and signed by the Company. A single waiver of a right or provision does not constitute a continuing or future waiver of that same right or any other provision.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
Users agree to attempt resolution through our support team before legal action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where [company name] is registered.
