Throns are digital usage credits issued and managed by Cleverthron. They allow Users to access paid features, tools, and AI-powered services within the Platform. Throns exist solely in the context of Cleverthron and cannot be used outside of it. They may not be traded outside of the Platform or used on any external system.
Throns do not represent:
Legal currency or monetary value,
Cryptocurrency or any blockchain-based token,
Stocks, securities, equity, or any form of investment.
Throns are a consumable utility credit, meaning their sole purpose is to activate platform Services.
Throns act as a prepaid method to unlock actions across the Platform— including, but not limited to, AI generations, content creation, code generation, voice tools, or other premium features.
Before a User initiates an action requiring Throns, Cleverthron displays the cost so Users can clearly understand how many Throns will be deducted. No Service will proceed without the User’s confirmation.
The Platform may adjust which features require Throns and the Thron amount per feature. Adjustments may occur due to increased compute costs, expanded feature offerings, promotional events, or changes in resource usage.
Throns can be acquired solely by purchasing Thron Packs through the Platform.
Each Thron Pack contains a predetermined number of Throns. Once a purchase is completed, the Throns are added directly to the User’s account balance and are immediately available for use.
All available pack options — including displayed credit amounts, price, and promotional bonuses — are visible within the “Thron Packs” section of the Platform. Cleverthron may update available packs due to seasonal promotions, price adjustments, new feature launches, or marketplace fluctuation.
Throns become more cost-efficient when purchased in larger quantities. The Platform automatically applies the correct price per Thron based on the total amount selected at checkout.
Pricing tiers are as follows:
• Purchases from 5,000 to 9,999 Throns → €0.001 per Thron
• Purchases from 10,000 to 99,999 Throns → €0.0009 per Thron
• Purchases of 100,000 Throns or more → €0.0008 per Thron
This tiered model ensures that high-volume Users can budget efficiently and minimize cost-per-action when scaling usage.
Throns are automatically delivered once payment is successfully processed. Delivery is considered complete once the Throns appear in the User’s account balance. No further confirmation or manual activation is required.
Throns cannot be redeemed as cash, cryptocurrency, or any monetary equivalent. They cannot be transferred to bank accounts, payment processors, wallets, or third-party platforms.
Throns function exclusively as prepaid digital credits for accessing Cleverthron Services.
All Throns expire 12 months after the date they are credited to the User account. Expiration applies universally — including purchased Throns, promotional Throns, or bonus credits.
Expired Throns cannot be:
Reactivated,
Reissued,
Converted into discounts or refunds,
Applied retroactively.
Users are responsible for managing their Thron balance, including monitoring expiration dates.
All Thron purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered to the User’s account.
Refund requests may only be considered when Throns were paid for but not delivered due to a technical malfunction, or if required by applicable consumer law.
All refund requests are subject to a verification and evaluation period. Cleverthron will review the case and provide a written decision within 15 business days from receipt of all required information. Cleverthron may grant a refund at its discretion.
If a User initiates a chargeback or dispute after using Throns, Cleverthron reserves the right to:
Remove access to generated output linked to the disputed credits,
Deduct the equivalent Throns from the User account,
Temporarily or permanently suspend the User’s account.
Throns are tied to the specific User account in which they were purchased. They cannot be:
Transferred to another User,
Resold, traded, or gifted,
Exchanged for value or benefits,
Assigned to another entity or shared.
Any attempt to transfer or resell Throns may result in removal of remaining Throns and/or account suspension.
Cleverthron reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or remove Throns if they are obtained through:
Fraudulent actions,
Exploitation of promotions or discounts,
Abuse of system vulnerabilities,
Violation of Cleverthron’s Terms of Use.
Cleverthron may temporarily restrict User access while investigating suspected misuse.
Cleverthron does not guarantee that content generated through Throns is free from intellectual property or ownership claims by third parties. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws when exporting, publishing, or distributing generated content.
Cleverthron may modify Thron pricing, Thron consumption amounts, or Thron Pack configurations at any time. Changes take effect once published on the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company operating Cleverthron is registered. All legal disputes shall be handled exclusively by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
By purchasing, receiving, holding, or using Throns, the User acknowledges and agrees to these Thron Terms and all other Cleverthron policies
